Many people endeavor to consume a diet that is rich in calcium. Unfortunately a large amount of dietary calcium is poorly absorbed and most does not reach the bone architecture. Osteomarine contains a synergistic combination of Omega-3 marine fish oil, calcium, magnesium with vitamins D and K to make best use of the calcium obtained from the diet by promoting calcium absorption and helping to maintain bone structure.

Marine fish oil, rich in EPA and DHA, has been included to help maintain intestinal calcium absorption and bone formation. Calcium is included to top up the average dietary intake to help achieve a daily intake in line with recommended guidelines. Magnesium is needed for vitamin D function and to help maintain bone structure. Vitamin D has been shown to help the absorption of calcium from the blood to bone, whilst vitamin K is involved in the production of proteins that are needed for bone mineralization.
